I had a very specific set of requirements in mind to meet my personal needs for a new car. I was very fortunate to find what I was looking for at NMJ Motorhouse. A quick and friendly call to enquire about the car was made, followed by a visit the next day to look at it and arrange a test drive. I was really impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the expertise of the sales team at NMJ, in particular from Tony Pollard. I never once felt pushed or pressured into a sale, all costs and fees were explained without complicated jargon or technical baffle. It was a warm and welcoming experience from the reception desk, right through to the senior sales team. I arranged a part-exchange as part of my transaction and I felt very looked after and reassured that we reached an appropriate settlement exchange price for my old vehicle. I really love my new car and I've driven away very satisfied. Thank you to all at NMJ Motorhouse.

I'm so happy with the mini I bought from NMJ Motorhouse, I loved every moment of it. I travel 51 miles to collect the mini, but I enjoyed every bit of it. who made this day very special were Alan when I first called to query about the mini and Tony who handle the final sale. Tony is very friendly, but professional. He gave me many suggestions in how to keep the value of what I paid for the car for 3 years. This company only seems to sell well looked after cars which all appear to be in excellent condition. We had seen the car advertised on Autotrader and the NMJ website, and as we only lived an hour away, we visited the showroom (without an appointment) to see the car for ourselves. Joe the companies salesman introduced himself to us as we looked at the cars for sale.
I had a very relaxed viewing experience with Joe, who supplied all the information I needed to make my decision, with no pressure selling at all. We asked for a test drive which Joe had no problem arranging while we was there. We took the car on the road, and within the hour, we had done the deal, and purchased the car, which really sold itself. If you are looking for a good looking car, I would recommend a visit to this company. I don't think you would be disappointed.

If looking for a quality used car, then NMJ is definitely worth a visit! I called up a few days beforehand to make an appointment as we were travelling around an hour and a half to get to the showroom. The staff were friendly and informative and assured me as long as the car wasn't sold in the meantime, that it would be ready to drive away should we decide to buy it.
On arrival, we were greeted by welcoming staff and a lovely showroom. We were handed the keys to help ourselves and have a look inside the car and it was immaculate. We then test drove the car and that sealed the deal. The purchase process was quick and easy. We dealt primarily with Tony and he was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. We also spoke with a couple of other staff members and they were also really friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider the drive to NMJ again if we purchase another car!

Im very picky with my cars and the car was even better than i'd hoped in the flesh. The whole buying process was extremely easy and I was very happy with the deal.
